Crispy, sweet Baked Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips are so easy to make, you’ll make them your new go-to snack every day of the week. They are made from store-bought tortilla chips and baked until crispy.
Ingredients
- Small soft four tortillas
- Butter
- Granulated sugar
- Cinnamon
Let’s Make the Chips?
- Stack tortillas on top of each other.
- Cut them into eights.
- Place the cut-up tortillas into a large zip-top bag, separating them so they don’t stick together.
- Pour in melted butter, seal the bag, and gently shake until all of the tortillas are covered with melted butter.
- In a flat bowl mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Dredge both sides of each tortilla in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place the tortillas, so they are not touching, on a parchment paper-covered cookie sheet with a rack on top. If you don’t have a rack, simply place them on the parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip them over, and bake for another 7-9 minutes or until crispy. If they are not crispy enough, continue baking, while watching them closely until they are crispy.
