4 small soft flour tortillas
2 TBS melted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 TBS ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400°
Stack tortillas on top of each other.
Cut into eights.
Add the cut up tortillas to a large zip-top bag, separating them so they don’t stick together.
Pour in melted butter, seal the bag, and gently shake until all of the tortillas are covered with melted butter.
In a flat bowl add sugar and mix in cinnamon (I do this with a fork to ensure I am completely mixing the cinnamon into the sugar).
Dredge both sides of each tortilla in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place the tortillas, so they are not touching, on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet with a rack on top. If you don’t have a rack, simply place them on the parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes, flip them over and bake for another 8-10 minutes or until crispy. If they are not crispy after the full 20 minutes, continue baking, while watching them closely until they are crispy.
