Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips
1. To make the dish easier, Prepare Ingredients Before Cooking – Ensure all your ingredients are chopped, sliced, and measured before you start cooking. This makes the stir-frying process smooth and prevents any last-minute scrambling.
2. A Hot Skillet or Wok makes for a quick cook – Use a hot wok or large skillet for stir-frying. The high heat helps achieve that desirable wok flavor. Cook the pork and vegetables quickly to retain their crispiness and vibrant colors.
3. Sauce Balance – Pay attention to the sauce. Achieve a balanced flavor by not overpowering the dish with too much sauce. Gradually add it while tasting, and consider adjusting the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and other seasonings to suit your taste preferences.
