Ingredients
Salad
- 2 large apples
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1/3 cup walnuts
Dressing
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon celery seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Let’s Make Waldorf Salad
- Dice apples into bite-sized pieces
- Slice grapes in half or in quarters.
- Roughly chop the walnuts.
- Place the apples, grapes, walnuts, and dried cranberries in a large dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients.
- Pour the dressing ingredients over the apple, and grape mixture, and fold until all the fruit and nuts are covered with the creamy sauce.
- Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
