Dice apples into bite-sized piecesSlice grapes in half or in quarters.
Roughly chop the walnuts.
Place the apples, grapes, walnuts, and dried cranberries in a large dish.
In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients.
Pour the dressing ingredients over the apple, and grape mixture, and fold until all the fruit and nuts are covered with the creamy sauce.
