Ingredients
- 1 tub refrigerator orange rolls
- 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar
Let’s Make Mini Orange Rolls
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Unroll the tube of orange rolls on a piece of parchment paper.
- Separate the long strips.
- Slice each strip lengthwise to double the number of long strips.
- Slice each of the long strips in half. You should have 32 shorter strips.
- Roll each of the strips into small rolls and place them on a baking sheet covered with a baking mat or parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the tops with the cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- While the rolls are still hot but cool enough to hold, melt the orange glaze in a microwave-safe dish for 15 seconds.
- Dip the top of each roll into the glaze, let the excess drip back into the bowl, and place them back on the baking sheet to cool.

- To make cinnamon sugar, mix 1/2 cup of granulated sugar with 2 tbsp cinnamon. I like to make a large batch and store it in a small airtight jar.
- Do not overbake. These mini rolls bake perfectly in 10 short minutes.
- Carefully dip the tops of the rolls into the glaze and be sure to let the excess drip back into the bowl so there is enough glaze for all 32 mini rolls.
