When I was growing up my Mom used to buy frozen French bread pizzas and I thought they were the best pizzas I ever had. The super crunchy French bread, topped with cheese and all types of different toppings. Little did I know back then how easy and economical there are to make homemade and not from the freezer.

White pizza is also called Margarita Pizza. There is no red sauce on this pizza, just the ingredients listed below:
- Fresh mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Ricotta cheese
- Olive oil
- Fresh basil
- Fresh tomatoes

Kids and grown-ups all love a classic pepperoni pizza. It simple and delicious. I like mine with double cheese.

Easy French Bread Pizzas
Ingredients
WHITE TOMATO PIZZA
- 1/4 piece of French bread
- 3-4 TBS ricotta cheese
- 3 slices of tomato
- 2 slice fresh mozzarella cheese torn into pieces
- Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- 3 TBS Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon plus a pinch Italian seasoning
CLASSIC PEPPERONI PIZZA
- 1/4 pice of French bread
- 3 TBS red pizza sauce
- 6 slices of pepperoni
- 2 TBS shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 TBS grated parmesan cheese
- 1 slice fresh mozzarella cheese torn into pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
MUSHROOM AND ONION PIZZA
- 1/4 pice of French bread
- 3 TBS red pizza sauce
- 2 thinly sliced mushrooms
- 8-10 slices of onion
- 1 slice fresh mozzarella cheese torn into pieces
- 2 TBS shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 TBS grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
SUPREME PIZZA
- 1/4 pice of French bread
- 3 TBS red pizza sauce
- 3 TBS cooked sweet Italian sausage
- 8-10 slices of sweet onion
- 1-2 sliced mushrooms
- 10 thin slices of green bell pepper
- 10 sliced black olives
- 2 TBS shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 TBS grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
FOR ALL PIZZAS
- Preheat oven to 425°
- Bake 15-17 minutes
- WHITE TOMATO PIZZA
- Spread the ricotta cheese on the open face side of the bread.
- Lay the tomatoes side-by-side length-wise on top of the ricotta.
- Distribute the pieces of fresh mozzarella all over the top of the tomatoes.
- Add the pinch of Italian seasoning.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and more Italian seasoning.
- After baking, arnish with fresh basil.
CLASSIC PEPPERONI PIZZA
- Spread the red pizza sauce on the open face side of the bread.
- Add the pepperoni.
- Distribute the pieces of fresh mozzarella on the pepperoni.
- Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
MUSHROOM AND ONION PIZZA
- Spread the red pizza sauce on the open face side of the bread.
- Add the onions and mushrooms
- Add the fresh mozzarella cheese.
- Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
SUPREME PIZZA
- Spread the red pizza sauce on the open face side of the bread.
- Add the sausages.
- Add the onions, mushrooms, green pepper, and olives.
- Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
