Ingredients

Let’s Make Greek Salad Flatbread Pizza
- Brush one side of the flatbreads with extra virgin olive oil
- Place them on a cookie sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes.
- Remove the flatbreads from the oven and top them with mozzarella cheese and grilled chicken.
- Place them back into the oven for another 6 minutes.
- While flatbreads are cooling, mix the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta cheese.
- Toss the salad with the Greek salad dressing.
- Divide the salad between the 2 flatbreads.
- Garnish with fresh oregano and serve with pepperoncini peppers.

Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips
- If you cannot find flatbread in your grocery store, large pita bread rounds will also work with this recipe.
- Because all ovens are different, watch the flatbread carefully during the first bake; it should be slightly browned and crispy which may take more or less time.
- To make this recipe vegetarian, simply omit the chicken.
