No-bake, super creamy, light, and fluffy cheesecake filling topped with fresh sweet strawberries. Serve it with cookies or fruit for dipping.
Why We Love Strawberry Cheesecake Dip
This easy, no-bake, make ahead, dessert is the perfect party dip for any occasion, any time of year. It has simple well-balanced flavors that highlight the sweetness of fresh strawberries. It reminds me of strawberry shortcake without the shortcake.
Serve it with cookies, grapes, graham crackers – any of your favorite sweet dippers.

Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips
- To make this recipe in advance, dice and prepare strawberries and store in the refrigerator. Prepare the cheesecake, spread it on the serving plate, cover it with plastic wrap, and store it in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, remove the cheesecake platter for 30 minutes before adding strawberries and dippers.
- For easy cleanup and removing marshmallow fluffy from the jar, spray a small spatula with non-stick cooking spray and scoop out the marshmallow fluff.
