This colorful and fresh salad dressing is a little sweet and a little tart and it’s ready in just minutes. Gluten-free and vegan-friendly.

This strawberry champagne vinaigrette salad dressing is so fresh and you won’t believe how easy it is to make. Just put everything in the blender and that’s it. In just 2 minutes you have an amazing homemade vinaigrette. Drizzle it on a vegetable salad or any type of fruit salad. It’s fantastic drizzled on sliced avocado. Perfect for lunch or a casual family brunch.
Ingredients
Let’s Make Strawberry Champagne Vinaigrette
- Clean and hull strawberries.
- Place the whole strawberries into a blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds until they are chopped.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.

- I recommend that you use a blender for this recipe.
- To substitute frozen strawberries for fresh, thaw strawberries and follow the recipe.
- Taste for sweet and tart levels. To make the salad dressing sweeter, add a bit more honey. To make it tart, add a bit more vinegar.
- No champagne vinegar? No problem! Use apple cider vinegar instead.
- Store in an airtight container or jar in the refrigerator for 4 days.

- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp champagne vinegar
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
