Strawberry Champagne Vinaigrette
This colorful and fresh salad dressing is a little sweet and a little tart and it's ready in just minutes. Gluten-free and vegan.

Ingredients

fresh strawberries

tbsp
honey
2
tbsp
champagne vinegar
2
tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
cracked black pepper
Instructions
Clean and hull strawberries.
Place the whole strawberries into a blender.
Blend for 30 seconds until they are chopped.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.

No champagne vinegar?
No problem! Use
apple cider vinegar
instead.
Store
in an airtight container or jar in the refrigerator for 4 days.
