Why We Love These Cookies

These loaded cookies make me feel like a kid again. They are fun and full of all sorts of goodies and flavors. They are not just for kids; teens and adults love them too. And the college crew will go crazy over them.

Ingredients

Ingredients to make Kitchen Sink Cookies

Equipment Needed

  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • Stand or hand mixer
  • Spatula or large spoon for folding in mix-ins
  • Cookie scoop or tablespoon
  • Cookie sheet
  • Oven
  • Cooling rack (optional)

Let’s Make Kitchen Sink Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. Cream the butter and sugars with a mixer on medium speed.
  3. Beat in the egg.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, and beat until combined.
  5. Gently fold in toffee bits, chocolate chips, marshmallows, pretzel pieces, and potato chips pieces.
  6. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the dough, form it into balls with your hands, pressing the mix-ins into the dough.
  7. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
  8. Cool on a cooling rack.

Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips

  • Get creative and add any type of mix-ins you like. Try peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips, mini-M&Ms, and nuts, the sky is the limit.
  • While I usually use a cookie scoop to scoop and drop cookies onto the baking sheet, I find it better to scoop this and then roll them in your hands to ensure all of the mix-in goodies are pressed into the cookie dough.

Kitchen Sink Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2-1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter – room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 egg
Mix In's
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup pretzels – broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup potato chips – broken into pieces
