This Parmesan Vinaigrette has become our family’s new favorite go-to salad dressings for lettuce salads and pasta salads.

Ingredients

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • White vinegar
  • Dijon mustard
  • Minced Garlic
  • Finely grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt & Pepper

Let’s Make Parmesan Vinaigrette

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.

  • Add to any tossed lettuce salad.

This Parmesan Vinaigrette has become our family's new favorite go-to salad dressings for lettuce salads and pasta salads.

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredient into a blender.
  2. Blend until thoroughly combined.
