Although I grew up eating store-bought salad dressing, I’ve been making my own homemade dressing for years.

This salad dressing is amazingly versatile – drizzle it over fruit salads (it goes especially well with strawberries and blueberries), vegetable salads, and even cabbage. You might even be tempted to eat it with a spoon.

Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips

  • I recommend buying a covered mason jar or two for making homemade salad dressing. They make mixing, shaking, and storing homemade dressings a snap.
  • This salad dressing will keep, in the refrigerator, for up to one week.
  • Not a fan of mayo? No problem! Omit the mayonnaise and this is still a delicious poppy seed vinaigrette salad dressing.
