Why We Love This Recipe

  • Mediterranean Flavor Fusion – the combination of lean chicken, aromatic herbs, and tangy feta creates a unique and mouthwatering taste profile that adds a burst of freshness to your meal.
  • Healthier Option – Opting for chicken as the main protein source makes these meatballs a leaner and healthier choice compared to traditional beef or pork alternatives. Enjoy the robust flavors without compromising on your dietary preferences.

Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips

  • Ensure Moisture when using Ground Chicken – Ground chicken can be lean, so to maintain moist meatballs, consider using a mixture of ground chicken thigh and breast. This combination provides a balance of flavor and juiciness to the meatballs.
  • Incorporate Fresh Herbs and Spices – Elevate the flavor profile by adding a mix of fresh herbs and spices. Chopped parsley, garlic, oregano, and a pinch of cayenne pepper can infuse the meatballs with a vibrant Mediterranean taste that complements the richness of feta.
  • Do Not Overmix – Gently mix the ingredients for the meatballs. Overmixing can lead to dense and tough texture. Combine the ingredients until just incorporated to ensure a tender and light consistency in the finished meatballs.
  • Serve with Homemade Tzatziki Sauce
