Turn a tube of refrigerated crescent rolls into mini bite-sized cinnamon rolls. Just the perfect size to curve your sweet tooth without overindulging.

Why You Should Make These Cinnamon Roll Bites

You will be in and out of the kitchen in less than half an hour with this easy recipe. I use refrigerated crescent rolls to create these adorable bite-size cinnamon rolls and topped with everyone’s favorite cream cheese frosting.

They are a fun snack for breakfast or brunch and a sweet little dessert for a party.

Ingredients

Cinnamon Rolls

  • 8 oz. tube of refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream Cheese Frosting

  1. 1 tbsp room temperature butter
  2. 3 tbsp room temperature cream cheese
  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  4. 1 cup confectioners’ sugar

Let’s Make Mini Cinnamon Roll Bites

Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Melt butter in the microwave.
  4. Mix the sugar and the cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
  5. Open the crescent rolls, separate the two large sections, and lay them on a cutting board. (Each section should have 4 triangles.
  6. Pinch the seams together, between the triangles, on both sides.
  7. Roll the top with a rolling pin to smooth the seams.
  8. Brush the entire piece of dough with butter and liberally sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, saving 1 tbsp for sprinkling on top after frosting.

  1. Starting at one end of the dough, roll it to make a long log.
  2. Slice off any small piece on each end to make the rolls even.
  3. Slice the log into small pieces.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Cool for 5-10 minutes before frosting.
  6. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon sugar after frosting.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Cream Cheese Frosting

  1. Use a hand mixer to beat butter and cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla and beat until it’s combined.
  3. Add confection’s sugar ¼ cup at a time and beat until fully mixed.

Mini Cinnamon Roll Bites
