Grilled Peach Salad Dressing is sweet and tangy. It’s made with orange juice, lime juice, honey, and of course grilled peaches.

To grill the peach:

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Slice the peach in half.
  3. Remove the pit.
  4. Place on the hot grill for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove and cool.

For the salad dressing:

  1. Place the grilled peach halves (with skin) into the blender. Add the juices, vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Durn the blender on medium and slowly add the olive oil.
  4. Once the dressing is completely mixed, stir in the red pepper flakes.
  5. Store in a tightly closed glass jar for up to a week.
