Whipped Cranberry Orange Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter at room temperatur
- 3 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- zest from half a large orange
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
To make a log
- Place all of the ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and mix with a hand-mixer until smooth.
- Transfer the whipped butter to a large piece of plastic wrap.
- Roll the butter in the wrap forming a log.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until it becomes firm.
- Serve it in slices
To make a jar
- Place all of the ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and mix with a hand-mixer until smooth.
