What’s in a Mexican Margarita Martini?
- Tequila Blanco (white tequila)
- Triple Sec – I used Cocktail Artist Premium Triple Sec Syrup
- Fresh lime juice
- Fresh orange juice
- Pickle juice – I’m not kidding!
- Agave
- Jalapenos
What is Triple Sec?
Triple sec is a clear orange-flavored liqueur that comes from the family of Curacao liqueurs. The word “sec” is a French word meaning dry. Cocktail Artist Premium Triple Sec Syrup combines a natural orange flavor and pure cane sugar. It has only 30 calories in 2 tablespoons with zero trans or saturated fat.
What to serve with this cocktail
We’ve paired our Mexican Margarita Martini with Shimp and Chorizo Pasta. The tanginess of the cocktail breaks through the spicy chorizo. And better yet, this pasta recipe is ready in less than 30 minutes. Dinner and a cocktail – can’t beat it.
