Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips
- The simmer pot will last for 2-3 days turning it on for a few hours each day. When you are finished, turn off the heat, when the liquid is at room temperature, cover the pot and let it sit on the stovetop or in the slow cooker until you are ready to use it the next day. Be sure to add more water each day before heating. You can also add additional ingredients each day.
- Frozen cranberries can be substituted for fresh.
- Because slow cookers are usually large, I recommend using double the ingredients.
