Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips:
  • To spray and baking dish or pan with non-stick spray, open the dishwasher door, set the baking dish on the door, and spray. No clean up needed and the dishwasher will wash away any excess spray next time it's run.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. To reheat, microwave one scoop at a time for 30-60 seconds.
  • Make it your own - add any type of berries and nuts.
  • I like to serve this with plain Greek yogurt and blueberry sauce or quick blueberry-apple sauce.
  • See the recipe card for a quick blueberry-apple sauce recipe.
