Quick and Easy Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients 

  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter3 tbsp rice wine vinegar2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce1 tbsp honey1 teaspoon fish sauce1 teaspoon sesame oil½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a bowl and gently whisk.
  • As the peanut butter begins to combine with the other ingredients, whisk vigorously until smooth and creamy.

Notes

Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips
  • Store peanut sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week. Take it out of the refrigerator 30-60 minutes before using it. Add 1-2 teaspoons of water to loosen the sauce if needed.
  • Add additional red pepper flakes to make the sauce spicier.
  • Use this sauce on:
    • Grilled chicken or pork chops
    • Noodles
    • As a dipping sauce for pretzels and carrots
    • As a salad dressing
    • Stir it in rice
