Tomato Vinaigretts

Ingredients 

  • 5 oz can tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dried chives
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1.    Place all the ingredients into a small bowl and whisk until combined or place all ingredients into a small mason jar with a lid and shake until combined.
