Ingredients

  • 5 oz. can of tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dried chives
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Let’s Make Tomato Vinaigrette

  • Place all the ingredients into a small bowl and whisk until combined or place all ingredients into a small mason jar with a lid and shake until combined.
