Roasted Grapes Oatmeal


Roasted Grapes Oatmeal gives breakfast a whole new meaning. Regular Oatmeal topped with red grapes that have been slow-roasted in olive oil.



For the oatmeal:

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 2 cups of water
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 cup of black raisins

For the grapes:

  • Bunch of red grapes
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of salt


For the oatmeal:

  1. Place water and salt in a stove-top pan and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add rolled oats and raisins.
  3. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.

For grapes:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Spread grapes out on a large cookie sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and pinch of salt.
  4. Stir the grapes to ensure they all get the olive oil.
  5. Roast for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.


  1. Spoon 1/2 of the oatmeal into 2 separate bowls.
  2. Add and sweetener you desire.
  3. Top with roasted grapes.
  4. Store any leftover grapes in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.


The grapes can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days in an airtight container.
