Roasted Asparagus Three Ways – Method One – Roasted with Parmesan cheese
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 – 15 Fresh asparagus spears
- 1 TBS extra virgin olive oil
- 4–6 TBS finely grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 435°.
- Toss asparagus in olive oil.
- Sprinkle liberally with parmesan cheese.
- Lay on parchment covered baking dish or cookie sheet.
- Roast for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool on cooling rack.
