Roasted with parmesan cheese, wrapped in bacon and roasted, and wrapped in store-bought crescent rolls and baked – Roasted Asparagus Three Ways are sure to please everyone.

Roasted Asparagus Three Ways

It’s springtime and that means spring vegetables. And nothing says spring vegetable more than asparagus. Truth be told, I haven’t always been a fan of asparagus but that’s probably because I never had them cooked correctly. Roasted Asparagus Three Ways is the perfect way to please all the picky eaters because there’s something here for everyone:

  1. Roasted asparagus with olive oil and parmesan cheese.
  2. Store-bought crescent roll wrapped roasted asparagus.
  3. Bacon wrapped roasted asparagus.

Which one will be your favorite? I bet you said bacon! Actually, for me, I prefer the olive oil and parmesan version. I can tell you my daughter-in-law loves the bacon wrapped asparagus.

Roasted Asparagus Three Ways

Here’s all the kitchen equipment you will need to make Roasted Asparagus Three Ways:

  • Sharp knife to slice bacon and crescent rolls
  • Cookie sheet or baking dish
  • Parchment paper to line the cookie sheet or baking dish
  • Cooling rack (this is actually optional)

If you don’t have a cooling rack but are interested in getting one, here’s the one I have:

Baker’s Secret Cooling Rack, 10″ X 16″

**Pro cooking tip: serve these the same day you make them, either hot or room temperature.**
