Raspberry Fool Dessert is my modern day take on a traditional British dessert made by folding fresh berries into a custard. 


  • 1 bag of frozen raspberries
  • 3 TBS granulated sugar
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • 1 envelope Dream Whip
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Mint leaves for garnish


  1. In a blender, mix together frozen raspberries, sugar and lime juice; set aside.
  2. Make the whipped cream by adding the Dream Whip, milk, and vanilla to a bowl and mixing it on high for 4 minutes according to the package directions.
  3. Spoon layers of the whipped cream and berries into serving bowls.
  4. Will a knife or long skewer, make swirls to mix some of the berries and cream together.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves
  6. Refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
