- 1 bag of frozen raspberries
- 3 TBS granulated sugar
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp confectioner’s sugar
- Mint leaves for garnish
Let’s Make Raspberry Fool Dessert
- Thaw and gently drain the frozen raspberries.
- Place frozen raspberries in a bowl and smash with a potato masher or a fork.
- Add sugar and combine. Set aside.
- With a stand mixer or hand mixer, whip the cream and the powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Place 1/4 of the whipped cream into four dessert bowls and top with 1/4 of the berries.
- Gently mix with a popsicle stick or the handle of a spoon to create swirls.
- Complete step #5 until all cream and berries have been used.
- Chill the desserts for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish the top of each dessert with mint leaves.
