  • 46 eggs – scrambled
  • 6 slides of deli ham
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 package Hawaiian Rolls
  • 2 TBS butter – melted
  • Poppy Seeds or black sesame seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Slide the Hawaiian Roll through the middle; do not cut them into individual buns yet.
  4. Lay the bottom of the large, non-separated rolls in the baking dish.
  5. Layer with eggs, ham and cheese.
  6. Lay the large, non-separated rolls on top.
  7. Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with poppy seed or blake sesame seeds.
  8. Cover with foil and cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and cook for another 5 minutes.
