Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer or in a stand mixer for 3-4 minutes on medium speed.
Pour 1/2 cake mixture into the Bundt pan.
Spoon in 1/2 the can of cherries in a circle in the middle of the cake mix.
Be careful not to have them touching the sides.
Top the cherries with the remaining cake mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Cool completely.
Top with remaining cherries and decorations, slice, and serve.
