Notes

Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips
  • Choose Fresh, Ripe Strawberries: Select ripe strawberries - Look for berries berries that are bright red, firm, and fragrant. Avoid mushy or overripe strawberries as they can make the salsa too watery.
  • Balance Flavors: Achieve a balance of flavors by combining sweet, tangy, spicy, and savory elements. Taste before refrigerating and add more sugar, vinegar, or fresh cilantro if needed.
  • Preparation: Chop all ingredients into uniform pieces to ensure an even distribution of flavors and textures throughout the salsa. Aim for small, bite-sized pieces to make it easy to scoop up with tortilla chips or serve alongside grilled meats or fish.
