Place 1 cup of water into the inner pot of the cooker.
Add a trivet for the eggs to sit on.
Add 1 cup of water which is used to steam the eggs.
Set the eggs on the trivet leaving a small bit of space between each eggs.
Once the pressure cooker comes to temperature it will begin the 5-minute countdown.
If the pressure cooker has an egg function, use it. If it does not, set it to "manual" and select 5 minutes with manual release.
While the eggs are cooking add ice and water to a large bowl. .
When the timer goes off, manually release the steam.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the eggs to the ice water.
Allow them to sit in the water for 5 minutes. Remove from the water and peel.
