Notes

Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips
  • Be sure to cut steak and mushrooms into equal-sized pieces so they cook evenly.
  • Like an oven, it’s important to preheat the air fryer before adding the food.
  • Like any steak or piece of meat, let the steak bites sit at room temperature for 4-5 minutes after cooking.
  • Serve this as a meal by spooning steak and mushrooms over creamy mashed potatoes and serving with a side salad.
  • Skewer the steak and mushrooms after cooking for an elegant appetizer.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Leftovers are fantastic served as a salad over crispy lettuce topped with blue cheese.
