Peaches and Cream

A peach version of the traditional Mexican Fresas Con Crema (Strawberries and Cream). It's creamy and sweet and only uses five ingredients.

Ingredients 

  • 5-6 ripe peaches
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix together sweetened condensed milk and sour cream.
  • Add evaporated milk and vanilla extract.
  • Place peaches into dessert dishes.
  • Pour cream mixture over peaches.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. Serve cold.
