Ingredients 

  • 1/2 pint fresh blueberries
  • 10-12 large strawberries
  • 15-18 large red grapes
  • 1 pear
  • 6 large waffle cones
  • 1 cup chocoalte chips
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil or coconut oil
  • 1 cup sprinkles

Instructions

Chocolate Dipped/Sprinkle Rimmed Cones

  • Add the sprinkles to a bowl large enough to dip chocolate-rimmed cones.
  • Add chocolate chips and oil to a microwave-safe dish.
  • Melt, in the microwave, in 30-second increments until smooth and creamy.
  • Dip the top edges of the cones into the melted chocolate and then into the sprinkles and cover the chocolate layer liberally.
  • Let dry on a parchment-paper-lined cookie sheet.

Fruit Salad

  • Wash, dry, slice, and dice the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix all of the fruit in a medium-sized bowl.
  • When ready to serve, spoon the fruit into the chocolate rimmed/sprinkle dipped waffle cones.
