Add the sprinkles to a bowl large enough to dip chocolate-rimmed cones.
Add chocolate chips and oil to a microwave-safe dish.
Melt, in the microwave, in 30-second increments until smooth and creamy.
Dip the top edges of the cones into the melted chocolate and then into the sprinkles and cover the chocolate layer liberally.
Let dry on a parchment-paper-lined cookie sheet.
