Warm Mango Chutney Dressing
Tangy sweet bold homemade salad dressing made with warm mango chutney is our new favorite way to dress a spinach salad.

Ingredients

hot mango chutney
1/2
cup
balsamic vinegar

tbsp
Dijon mustard
2
tbsp
honey
1/2
cup
extra virgin olive oil

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a small jar with a lid.
Place the lid on top and shake vigorously until blended.
To warm, place it in the microwave for 45 seconds.
Immediately pour over a spinach salad or spinach greens.

Serve this dressing warm over spinach leaves, golden raisins, slivered almonds, and hardboiled eggs.
This dressing will last for 7 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
