Warm Mango Chutney Dressing

Tangy sweet bold homemade salad dressing made with warm mango chutney is our new favorite way to dress a spinach salad.

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup hot mango chutney
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small jar with a lid.
  • Place the lid on top and shake vigorously until blended.
  • To warm, place it in the microwave for 45 seconds.
  • Immediately pour over a spinach salad or spinach greens.
