Slice the melon in half and remove and discard the seeds using a large spoon.
Use a melon baller to cut pretty circles of the melon flesh. If you don't have a melon baller, slice the melon into bite-sized pieces.
Place mixed greens in a large serving dish or on a platter.
Top the greens with the melon balls or pieces.
Add the blackberries. If the blackberries are very large, slice them in half or in thirds so they are fork-sized bites.
Mix the lime juice, honey, and olive oil to make the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the entire salad.
Add cracked black pepper.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves
