Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips:
  • Toss fresh cranberries in 1 tbsp each of sugar and flour before adding to the batter. The cranberries will stay suspended evenly throughout the coffee cake without all of them dropping to the bottom. Use this technique for any type of bread or cake that uses fresh or frozen berries.
  • Sour cream can be substituted for Greek yogurt. Both add a tanginess to the flavor and help for a moister texture.
  • Decorate this coffee cake with Sugar Cranberries for a very festive look.
