Preheat oven to 375° F.
Line a 9x11 baking dish or pan with parchment paper.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl.
Add eggs and beat for 2-3 minutes.
Add flour mixture, ¼ cup at a time, and beat until thoroughly combined.
Add chocolate chips and pecans.
Spread into prepared pan.
Drizzle with coarse sea salt.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
