Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray a large shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Peel and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces and add them to a bowl with the cranberries.
Mix the other Cranberry Apple ingredients in a bowl and pour the mixture into the baking dish.
Add the topping ingredients to another bowl and with a pastry cutter or your fingers mix the butter with the other ingredients.
The topping mix will be chunky.
Spread the chunky topping mix on top of the cranberry-apple mixture.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
