Mom's Ham Salad Recipe
My Mom used to make a version of this recipe but with bologna. I use ham in my recipe and it's perfect for leftover ham.

Serving Ideas
I like to serve this as an
appetizer
with salty crackers.
Ham salad is great in tea
sandwiches
or for a packed lunch sandwich.
Eat it for
breakfast
and serve it with scrambled eggs or hard-boiled eggs.
Veg it up!
Add chopped celery, chopped carrots, and chopped onion.
