Notes

Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips
  • Don't skip placing the dough into the refrigerator while the oven preheats. The cookie dough will be cold and firm.
  • There are many different ways to bring butter to room temperature. I prefer to place butter sticks that are still wrapped on a paper plate and place them outside for 15-20 minutes for perfectly softened butter without melting it.
  • My biggest cooking indulgence is using 12-inch x 16-inch pre-cut parchment sheets. They fit perfectly on my large cookie sheet. They can be reused 3 times which makes it a breeze for large batch cooking making.
