Microwave the blueberries for 30-40 seconds. Pour off excess liquid.
Mix the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add the blueberries and mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, stir flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Add the flour mixture to the blueberry batter 1/4 cup at a time and mix until the dough forms a ball.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Place the cookie dough in the refrigerator while the oven preheats.
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Scoop the dough into equal-sized balls and place them on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 11-13 minutes until the bottoms turn slightly brown.
