Ingredients

  • 1 Head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce I recommend Frank's brand
  • 2 TBS butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Blue cheese dressing
  • 6 stalks of celery - cleaned and sliced into sticks

Instructions

Sauce:

  • Add buffalo sauce, butter, and garlic powder to a small dish and microwave for 1 minute.

Cauliflower

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°.
  • Cut the cauliflower into small bite-sized pieces.
  • Place the cauliflower pieces in the air fryer and cook for 6-7 minutes. The tips will begin to brown.
  • Remove them from the air fryer and toss them in the prepared buffalo butter sauce.
  • Return them to the air fryer and cook for another 6-8 minutes.
  • Serve with blue cheese dressing/dip and celery sticks.

Notes

  • Cut the cauliflower into small bite-sized pieces that you can pick up with your fingers or a small appetizer fork.
  • I recommend using Frank's brand Red Hot Buffalo sauce for a super bold buffalo flavor.
  • I recommend serving them immediately after they have cooked in the air fryer.
