Preheat oven to 400°
Brush one side of the flatbreads with extra virgin olive oil
Place them on a cookie sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes.
Remove the flatbreads from the oven and top them with mozzarella cheese and grilled chicken.
Place them back into the oven for another 6 minutes.
While flatbreads are cooling, mix the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta cheese.
Toss the salad with the Greek salad dressing.
Divide the salad between the 2 flatbreads.
Garnish with fresh oregano and serve with pepperoncini peppers.
