Try This Delicious Dip
Move over traditional dill dip or ranch dip because two-ingredient pesto yogurt dip is now our new favorite veggie dip. It’s tangy with a hint of fresh herbs from the pesto sauce and it goes perfectly with fresh, cold, crisp veggies.
Ingredients
Just two ingredients – plain Greek yogurt and store-bought pesto dip.
I always have a jar of store-bought pesto in my refrigerator. My favorite brand is Kirkland from Costco. I seriously love this pesto sauce!
Let’s Make Two-Ingredient Pesto Yogurt
I can hardly call this a recipe. Just mix the pesto and the yogurt, add a little salt and pepper and chill it in the refrigerator.
Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips
- The Kirkland brand of pesto sauce comes in a large jar which is really a lot of pesto to have on hand. So I scoop out about 1/2 cup and store it in a small mason jar in the refrigerator. I place 3-4 tablespoons of pesto into small snack-size zip-top bags and freeze them. They last up to 6 months in the freezer and they thaw in minutes.
- This dip also makes a great sandwich spread. Thin it out with a bit of milk and it’s a fresh-tasting salad dressing too.
