Turkey and Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms




  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Clean mushroom and remove the stems.
  3. Dice the stems very small; set aside.
  4. Cook onions in olive oil until the start to turn translucent.
  5. Add turkey and cook until it starts to brown and is fully cooked.
  6. In a mixing bowl, stir together turkey/onion mixture, cheese and diced mushroom stems.
  7. Place mushrooms on a cookie sheet or shallow baking dish up side down (open stem side up).
  8. Fill mushrooms with turkey mixture.
  9. Top mushrooms with Panko bread crumbs.
  10. Cook for 10-14 minutes until bread crumbs brown.
