INGREDIENTS
Frozen pound cake – thawed and cubed
1 cup fresh strawberries – sliced
3/4 jar lemon
Cool Whip – thawed (I use the cream cheese frosting flavor)
DIRECTIONS
In a glass bowl, place a layer of cubed pound cakes, sliced strawberries, lemon curd and repeat until bowl is full ending on a sliced strawberry layer. Either spread or pipe Cool Whip. Refrigerate for at least 1 our before serving.
