This Strawberry Gin Spritzer is perfect for any celebration. It’s made with just the right combination of strawberry gin, lemonade, and prosecco.
My Strawberry Gin Spritzer cocktail happened purely by mistake. I was looking for a pink colored liquor for a Valentines Day cocktail and I stumbled across a bottle of pink gin. When I got ready to make the cocktail, my husband pulled the pink gin out of the cabinet and said, “oh, you bought Strawberry gin”. Oh no! I didn’t know it was strawberry flavored.
So here I was with a 750mil bottle of strawberry flavored gin. So I did what any person who just discovered their “pink” gin was flavored…I tried it. I added a splash to a glass of prosecco and it tasted pretty good. And then I thought it needed a little tartness so I added a splash of lemonade. And that’s how my Strawberry Gin Spritzer was born.
Today I am excited to share, with you, that I’ve teamed up with a few other food bloggers for a “virtual Valentine’s Day Dinner Party for Two”. The menu has everything you’ll need to create a memorable Valentine’s Dinner.
