- Fresh strawberries
- Sugar
- Mint leaves
- White Rum
- Cocktail Artist Premium Strawberry Daiquiri and Mix-Margarita Mix.
- Sparkling water
The next recipe is my delicious Strawberry Daiquiri Cupcakes made from a box mix. I’ve added fresh strawberries to the batter and Cocktail Artist Premium Strawberry Daiquiri and Mix-Margarita Mix to both the batter and the strawberry buttercream frosting.
Krazy Kitchen Mom Tip:
To make a box mix taste like homemade, add one extra egg or egg white and substitute the water for milk. For this recipe, I used 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of Cocktail Artist Premium Strawberry Daiquiri and Mix-Margarita Mix.
The final Strawberry recipe is Strawberry Daiquiri No Bake Cheesecake Mousse a light fluffy dessert that reminds you of springtime. And the best part is that there is no baking required.

Strawberry Daiquiri Mojito made with Cocktail Artist Premium Strawberry Daiquiri and Mix-Margarita Mix.
Ingredients
- 3 shots of Cocktail Artist Premium Strawberry Daiquiri and Mix-Margarita Mix.
- 3 shots white rum
- 6 strawberries – diced
- Club soda
- juice from one lime
- 2 TBS Sugar
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- Ice
Instructions
- Place 1/2 of the diced strawberries, 1 TBS sugar, and 3 fresh mint leaves into two tall cocktail glasses.
- Using a muddler, muddle the berries, sugar, and mint until they the mint and strawberries are crushed and release their fresh aromas.
- Fill each glass with ice.
- Add 1.5 shots of rum to each glass.
- To each glass, add 1.5 shots of the Strawberry Daiquiri Mojito made with Cocktail Artist Premium Strawberry Daiquiri and Mix-Margarita Mix
- Add 1/2 of the lime juice to each glass.
- Top each glass with club soda
- Stir and garnish with fresh mint and lime.

Strawberry Daiquiri Recipes Three Ways

Strawberry Daiquiri Cupcakes with Strawberry Buttercream made with a boxed cake mix and Cocktail Artist Premium Strawberry Daiquiri and Mix-Margarita Mix.
Ingredients
For the Cupcakes
- 1 box of white cake mix
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup of Cocktail Artist Premium Strawberry Daiquiri and Mix-Margarita Mix.
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 pint of fresh strawberries, cleaned, hulled and finely chopped
For the Buttercream
- 1 cup (2 stick) of butter at room temperature.
- 3 cups confectioners sugar
- 4 TBS Cocktail Artist Premium Strawberry Daiquiri and Mix-Margarita Mix.
Instructions
For the Cupcakes
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer for 2 minutes at medium speed.
- Using a spatula, carefully fold in fresh strawberries.
- Line a cupcake tin with cupcake papers.
- Fill each cupcake paper 1/2 full of mixture.
- Bake per the box instructions.
- Insert a toothpick to test for doneness; if pick comes out with cake on it, bake for 1-3 more minutes until done.
- Cool completely before frosting.
For the Buttercream
- Using a stand mixer or a hand mixer, whip butter, add confections sugar 1/2 cup at a time.
- When all of the sugar is mixed in, add the Cocktail Artist Premium Strawberry Daiquiri and Mix-Margarita Mix.
- Whip frosting for 3-4 minutes on medium speed.
- Transfer to a piping bag and frost cupcakes or use an off-set spatula or butter knife to spread frosting onto the cupcakes.
- Decorate with sprinkles.

No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse made with Cream cheese, Cool Whip, and Cocktail Artist Premium Strawberry Daiquiri and Mix-Margarita Mix.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces of cream cheese at room temperature.
- 1 container of Cool Whip – thawed in the refrigerator.
- 1/2 cup Cocktail Artist Premium Strawberry Daiquiri and Mix-Margarita Mix
- 1/2 pint fresh strawberries chopped finely.
- 10 thin Coconut Crisp Cookies – crushed (substitution: lemon wafers or vanilla wafers)
Instructions
- Using a hand mixer, mix the room temperature cream cheese until it’s soft.
- Add the Cool Whip, 1/4 of the container at a time and mix thoroughly.
- Stir in the Cocktail Artist Premium Strawberry Daiquiri and Mix-Margarita Mix.
- Fold in the fresh chopped strawberries.
To Assemble:
- Divide the crushed cookies among small 4-ounce dessert glasses.
- Spoon in the cheesecake mixture.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Garnish and serve.
